"Absolutely the worst customer service and return policy. I bought a pair of Olukais $100 Flip Flops. I wore them for a few hours and they literally died my feet black. I tried to return them and the manager refused. He said I had to go through the manufacturer myself. Basically they took $100 from me and didn't care that they sold me defective product. They do not stand by their merchandise and they do not care about their customer. I will never shop at this store again."

"They have amazing brands, unfortunately the moment I walked in it felt like I was immediately rushed out before I could even look. I've been buying Rainbow sandals for years and went in to look at the styles and sizes. As soon as I stepped over to look, the two sales staff standing in the empty store immediately asked for my size ripped two off the wall "This is all we have". They would hardly let me look at them just so I could see what I could order online. But they did offer to call me back. Which I declined because to be honest, I just didn't feel welcome in the store. Found a pair on Amazon for cheaper and they will be here this week. I really like to buy local and help out the shops, but honestly sales staff like that just don't make me feel happy spending money to keep them around. Don't think they really care anyways!"

"No in-store return or exchange policy!!! They expect you to contact the manufacture company yourself, when it's obviously a manufacture defect!! Bought some expensive waterproof leather REEF flip flops, size 11, (around $90) for a trip and noticed after wearing them for less then 2 weeks that the leather was no longer the same color on each flip flop. Also the leather quality wasn't equal in the way it was wrinkling under the toe box. At this point it was plainly obvious that there was some sort of manufacture issue. I'm 5'11" and weigh 185 lbs so it's not me. Upon return from my trip, I was informed by the manager that they couldn't replace them or issue a refund. I'm supposed to return them to REEF, if I'm able to contact anyone from that company, at my expense and then wait and see what they do I guess. Will never buy anything from FlipFlop official store ever again !!!!"
