About two years ago, Mr. Logan Wilson contacted me from his website and very kindly invited me to take advantage of his services. Eventually, he helped me join The Collectors. Over this time Logan notified me regarding special sales and explained how I could save money on shoes. "Great store! I finally decided to purchase REAL dress shoes. They cost more than cheaply made shoes like Cole Hann's, but are waaayyyy worth it! I now have several pairs of Allen Edmonds shoes. "Popped in to grab some polish for a pair of AE I've been wearing for the past 3ish years. The shoes are such great quality, but they were all scuffed up. The lady working at AE was beyond knowledgeable and friendly. She knew exactly what shoes I had at home with only a few descriptors that I provided. She walked me through the polishing products and explained the pros and cons for each. I walked out with a few products and my shoes now look as good as new. She also explained the recrafting process to me, which I'll definitely be doing at some point. Its just so incredible to have witnessed such great customer service and somebody that actually seems to enjoy her job. The very next day at work I got a compliment about how good my shoes looked.
