"The place is really nice! I love to go there when the weather is not that good! They have lots of fun toys and is also really great for smaller kids!"
"I never even heard of this place until we went for a birthday party and it was an excellent place for the kids to run around and play safely. The kids can't get out or wander off too far. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely will be going more often now that I know this place exists. My kids had so much fun they didn't want to leave!!"
"First time we brought our kid and we noticed that the place was just not as clean as we hoped. We’re not expecting the place to be kept sterile but atleast have any visible dirt marks wiped or cleaned up. Some of the toys were sticky for some reason. Staff was very nice and quick to help but the same staff didn’t even bother to double check if parents or kids actually kept their shoes off. There should probably be a better system in regard to shoe removal because people put their shoes on a wall then have to walk through the area where shoes are walked on. Whats the point. Bathroom is also pretty gross. Needs better maintenance or care."
"Owner must’ve been in a bad mood today. I’m a working mom and came here for the first time tonight to enjoy some time with my toddler. She had a blast! Which is awesome and probably the only reason I’ll be back. Owner approached me and said “excuse me, here at Busy Kids we have a no shoes policy and you need to remove your shoes” in such a rude manner! I apologized but was a little thrown off by the attitude.. again working mom here, made sure my toddler had hers off and was just a simple mistake! She proceeded to try and blame the sweet girl who registered us and I made sure that she (the owner) was aware the worker did enforce the policy and it was again, a simple mistake on my behalf. Shoes people, shoes! Easy to take off real fast! She proceeded to talk about me right in front of me to another coworker. I cannot believe this owner owns two locations that services children playtime and working parents. Again, will only be back because my toddler had a great time but the owner was so very rude and I hope to never encounter her again."
"I took my 3 year old to the Roseville Galleria location today (Friday) for open play. He had a great time. It seemed like a clean environment. It was reasonably priced: $12.48 per child for 90 minutes of play. They sell snacks and coffee too. Overall, I feel like it was worth it for the price. It was busy when we left at noon. We saw a lot of kids playing and having a good time."
