"So sad right now, I love Urban but they don't have people putting in emails for purchases. I called ahead of time because its an hour away and the girl that picked it up said it would be fine to return my item and i told her I did not have a receipt but she said come in anyways and they could give me a gift card since the item was defective. It was just disappointing no one could locate my purchase and the Lead that came down told me to call customer service and I did. the lady said she couldn't help me and that she only deals with web orders lol. So now i'm stuck with an item that is ruined and no one has been of help. I've been sent running around in circles asking for help with no answer and wasting time."

"I went to the Urban Outfitters today here at the Roseville galleria and it loved it! I called in earlier and asked if they had a “Penelope Scott - Public Void LP” and they said yes and they had three so I told them to save one for me… later in the day I walk in and go to the front desk and ask for my item, and they were very helpful and nice! I payed and before I left I browsed through what they had in (vinyl) stock and found nothing I really liked I wish they had more artists but, other than that it was a really good experience. 10/10"

"On 12/15/2022, Gabi (the manager) accused my boyfriend of stealing (he paid for his items) and yanked our shopping bags from his hands. She dropped one of them, resulting in breaking two of my mom’s Christmas gifts. She was extremely rude about it, she didn’t apologize and she said “it’s not my problem.” Thanks for wasting my money Gabi, I really used to love this store. Now that I know that you enjoy breaking Christmas gifts, i won’t be returning and we have contacted corporate. I hope you lose your job."
