"Bought my costume Friday October 28 and was told I had 24 HOURS TO RETURN IT. Then the very next day I find out they don’t accept returns past the 24th of October? You need to teach the people who work here better, waste of my time and money."
"They messed up two separate orders within 1 week. Each time I only received a portion of my order. My second order was missing 6/8 items. I called and they sent the items separately but the balloons that were supposed to come inflated (because I paid for it), did not. Very frustrating because both were for celebrations. Next time I’ll be ordering from Amazon and buying my own helium. Also, I never ever post reviews but this is just not ok to run a business like this.2 stars because they refunded what was missing once I called."
"August and Jaina are the best!!! I had a balloon pop on my way back home, I spoke to Jaina over the phone about what had happened. She was more then happy to replace my balloon at no charge! The balloons where for my little sisters birthday and I was able to surprise her thanks to everyone at party city. Thank you so much again Jaina YOU ROCK!!!"
"Bad experience with the manager while getting balloons. I really need to find another Party Store around as I have no desire to go back were the store manager is disrespectful and arrogant, where they have no idea of what they have in the store, where they tell customers "you are wasting my time", where she overcharges and makes it sound that it's a customer's fault and never offers a refund, where she makes the customer feel stupid and unsignificant by providing misleading information.... I have no desire to put up with that. She is on the photo and whoever owns that store you are facing trouble with such staff... .my sincere pity for this location"
