"Do not let the impressive selection fool you! Beyond the pretty displays are an inept sales team, poor project managers, uncaring general managers. And above all a non existent sense of customer service. Our order was supposed to be delivered to our home before thanksgiving. We are almost into February and only part of the order has arrived. The general manager was supposed to help identify the delay but refuses to return calls or provide any sort of information. I would take your business elsewhere if you want to ever complete your project."

"My experience with Pirch has been complicated. The people working there do the best they can with the little information they are given. But when it comes to Hestan appliances they are at a loss. We spent over $20,000 on Hestan appliances and none of our issues have been resolved. This has been going on for over almost 2 years! Be cautious when ordering from Pirch because they are not able to deliver good customer service when a problem exists. As for Hestan they claim their appliances are made in Anaheim and after waiting over a year for the refrigerator we find out that is not the case. No one seems to be able to fix the range and when Pirch service men tried they could not even reinstall it properly. We are very disappointed in the whole experience with Pirch and Hestan. They promise to fix the range but then months go by and nothing happens. Someone who is experienced in Hestan products needs to do something or I will seek legal action against both companies."

"My family has been calling about our wolf kitchen products which always seem to have problems. I'd also give every wolf product 1 star but now my issue is with the managers who work here who refuse to call us back after calling them and leaving messages. We've been without an over for well over a month and I cant even get a call back."

"Came in with my contractor and I was really overwhelmed. However, after meeting with our sales representative and reviewing prices I was happy that my contractor brought me here. While they were discussing the measurements etc, I was able to google prices online. I was so happy when I saw I was actually getting a fantastic deal. I figured it was because my contractor was with me, but actually not the case. Their prices are competitive and they serve our area. Our sales representative and my contractor even tried to ask for contractor pricing. They really work with you here. Not like Pacific Sales, everything is no when you ask over there. Here they actually try to add on discounts and trust me, those discounts add up. I’m extremely surprised on how well treated me and the money I saved. Thank you."

"My experience with Adrian was smooth from start to finish. I was a bit confused and as usual, I thought I had everything all figured out for my Master Bathroom Remodel. As annoying as I sounded with my know-it-all attitude, Adrian actually mentioned a few things. That for one the item I requested was too big for my space. He recommended something more adequate. I finally gave him a chance to speak and chime in. His experience and knowledge in this field saved me a few thousand. I do not know why I didn’t come here sooner. Shipping was extremely fast and Adrian also took the time to deliver a few items himself, so it wouldn’t be delayed in shipping. It looks like a scary place, but once you get to talking to someone, it’s not so scary after all. The pricing is extremely competitive. From my little research, for those that don’t know, Pirch locations are now only in Southern California. If your big in helping local businesses, head on over there. I also liked their floor designs. Looks extremely high end, it’ll make you start sweating, but I’m telling you, the prices are competitive. I was literally shocked on how much I was saving vs buying online, etc. literally hassle free."
