"I visited the Apple store in Mission Viejo and purchased an iPhone 13 for my mom. She encountered significant issues with it, and sometimes the videos do not display properly. While attempting to comment on Instagram, she faced difficulties. I explained the situation to one of the Apple store staff. Initially, he claimed I didn't purchase the iPhone from their store, but after showing him the receipt, he attempted to downplay the issues. I clarified that the problems were intermittent. It's absurd to think I would bring my mom's iPhone here without a valid reason. I requested to speak with his manager, and other rude individuals joined the conversation with raised voices. This was an unprecedented and disappointing experience in any Apple store. This is a shame for Apple.""

"Walked in to have airpod charging case checked out for battery life. Told to wait at table someone will be with you " shortly " it has been hour so far no customer service yet store not crowded lots of employees standing around"

"The worst Apple store experience. Utter chaos. There seems to be only a handful of people who knew what they are doing and the rest needed to seek help to get the job done. Who knew that when you come into a shop, you have to wait around for a few hours to make your purchase. We know what we wanted and we just want to buy it and leave. Not hover around aimlessly waiting for a free agent. And then having to actively seek help from an agent that was also just freely hovering. Come over and engage! General customer service improvement needed all round."

"I am computer challenged, so let start by saying I need lots of help with my Mac Air. Tyler is the Genius technician who helped me. He is upbeat, friendly, intelligent, and kind. He answered all my questions and never lost patience if I needed to see how something was done more than once. I went to another computer repair shop to help me get back into my locked out Mac.( I forgot my password) they wanted me to leave my computer and pay $100. Tyler had it fixed in only moments. Lesson learned that I need help start with Apple. I am very impressed with how they treat their customers. They made sure every step of the way I was checked in and helped. Tip: located in Mission Mall close to Nordstrom, upstairs"
