"I usually have no problems here, but tonight I went in and bought some Luna protein bars. After eating one I was feeling nauseous so I went and check the expiration date - March 2021. It’s gross and unbelievable that they would have something almost 3 years past expired on their shelves, and now it’s gotten me quite sick."

"More and more of a hassle to shop here. I find the digital coupons particularly annoying. The app rarely works smoothly. If you want to give your Ralphs card holders a discount, just link it to their phone number or physical card like in the past. Don't make us go through the shenanigans of scanning and "clipping" digital coupons, which also discriminates against older customers who might be challenged by the technology. Also, there are fewer and fewer checkout lines open, so there's often a wait. All of this makes me want to shop elsewhere."
