"Husband and I ran into Best Buy for some screen protectors and a phone case. We struggled a bit to understand where the right products were and then the terms were different that weren’t immediately understood. Grant at Best Buy walked by with his hands full, obviously headed to do a task but he stopped to clarify our questions, help us understand product differences so we could be comfortable with our purchases. While I paid, my husband wandered off so I had to pay and then found him in the sound section getting educated by Grant. This young man is amazing. He has such a love for technology and when it came to product t knowledge, we felt like we got the thorough break down for various levels so we could determine what would be the best fit for our home. Grant is such a sincerely nice person to connect with. We felt grateful to have someone invest a some time with us and educate us on a future purchase. Best Buy in Encinitas. Go see Grant. He’s such a great resource."

"Repeated disappointments with Geek Squad. After being a long time member, Geek Squad tech support for installing google assistant was highly incompetent and failed miserably. After purchasing Sony TV, Sonos speakers, Pixel tablet, New Chromebook, Microsoft SP 7+, the tech support is highly lacking."

"I hardly ever go to Best Buy as I build my own desktops. True story: Was in a pinch with a client and had to buy a laptop but still run Maya/3ds Max/MeshLab - online, ordered, picked up at Target for $279. I took one peek in in Best Buy, returned the laptop to Target 7 minutes later, and walked out of Best Buy with a laptop 3x as fast. Unbelievable service AND prices ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"My favorite home depot, a lot of the home depots in the area are on the smaller size. This is one of the only full size stores in the area. My only critique would be it isn’t easy to find staff when your looking for something, but that’s probably because this place is packed from sun up to sundown. You can always use their app to find what your looking for, that’s all the staff is going to do any way when you ask a question. This place is always clean and fully stocked. If your looking for something online this is going to be the store where it’s actually in stock. The best part about this store is there are workers outside lined up ready to work on your next project with you, they are great guys and I pick them up to help me on all my major projects, can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is extremely friendly and really contribute to the encinitas vibe."
