"Haven’t shopped at this location and Kohls in general after a bad experience at Encinitas location. The returns dept. Is bad please do not confuse it with Amazon returns! Annie in returns is extremely unprofessional and with one of the supervisors or managers named Annalay yes that her name, zero ethical Conduct, etiquette or scruples! I was in line with a return both the sales associate and manager were wasting time on their cell phones; The returns associate was waiting on a shopper to return after she suggested to go back and continue her shopping keep the register open to her return, there was a line formed and while I stood in line! While the manager Annalay, yes that was her name! Looked on as I stood in line Over 30min. I asked to speak with management; to my surprise I was told that she ( Annalay) was manager and did so; by hollering out! And smirking! I asked why or what she was smirking about? And as she giggled Annie in returns returned the gesture! They thought the whole complaint was hilarious as she can do what she wanted on the stores dime! Myself and another customer agreed to write the review and post in hopes that Corp. would have their employees conduct themselves in a professional manner. Annalay looked on from the register as a line formed and instead of helping customers she was busy on her cell phone!"
