"Store manager is very rude to his own employees. He has talked down to his employees on 4 different time in front of me. Looked like poor employee was about to cry."
"We have an excellent store, and let's face it, customer service revolving around the medical field is the epitome of a thankless job. Our folks really do go the extra mile because I've seen and heard customers really dig into your employees and they just keep on smiling. Well...at our house we appreciate everything that CVS in Scotts Valley does for us. Yes... mistakes are made but mistakes happen everywhere this side of Heaven. Not only do we love you folks, we actually like you, too."
"Well stocked and clean but they no longer offer regular check out, only self check out, which always has issues. I bought two cases of water and some smaller items, which obviously won’t fit on the 10 x 10 weight sensor, so checking out is like playing Jenga, trying to pile everything on the sensor, only to get delayed bc of system alarms. The line was backed way up because staff was needed to clear all of the self check out issues. So frustrating and time consuming. Just go back to have regular check out please."
"Store is well stocked, and my limited pharmacy experience has been good. The CVS staff is great. On one of my CVS visits (the Walgreen's down the street is more convenient for me) I bought a box of CVS 100 Flexible Fabric bandages on my way walking to the nearby McDonald's. The price was $9.29 CVS and $10.99 Band-Aid brand. However, I found later that that the Band-Aid branded product is $6.11 at Amazon and could've been added it to my next Prime order. I'm willing to pay extra for convenience and to support local businesses for sure, but that's a too high differential."
"Thank you CVS Pharmacy Department! My husband has DVT and Walgreens did not have his medication in stock. We called CVS pharmacy and they were able to fill the prescription plus, help us find a coupon online (because we don't have prescription insurance) and saved us $100. We appreciate your support."
