"I had a great experience at the shop. First of all, I messed up my reservation and selected the wrong day. They accommodated me with an e-bike right on the spot and got it ready in a matter of minutes. Later on, we forgot to bring our tailgate pad, so they gave us one for the day so we could transport the bikes as they are supposed to. Bikes were very nice, Specialized.
