"Literally always closed 1-2 hours before posted closing times. No fitting rooms available. Super annoying to drive out to Pleasanton just to be turned away from a store that's closed too early. This is the closest location to me and it's always a different issue each time. I love cotton on clothing & I will continue to shop with cotton on, but they've got to be more on top of it with posting proper times with this location. There is no visible open/closing times even listed at the front of the store. I had to drive 30 mins in traffic to get here for an exchange because I wasn't able to try on the clothing in store."

"Cotton on website says to go to nearest store to resolve faulty order but Store people are not even botherd to look at your order and no help offered or could not even give a customer care number. Don't buy anything from these peoples, They least worry about customers."

"Omg I went to this cotten on to try on jeans right and the stupid worker doesn't knock on my dressing room door and unlocks it for another customer and I'm half naked and she just stands there and laughs. I said out loud so she can hear when she was opening my door "exuce me someone is in here" and yet she opened it anyway. embarrassed me and she made me feel bad cause she laughed at me and keeper the door open for all the workers and customer to see. Never coming here ever again!!!!"
