The North Face Westfield Valley Fair Mall

"I had a terrible experience today at the north face store. My sister and I were browsing looking for some jacket when we noticed the staff following us and giving us dirty looks. I even saw a staff member send over someone to stand where we were shopping and pretend to “fold clothes”. We were not dressed suspiciously nor were we shoplifting. We were not doing anything to gain this disrespect and discrimination. I don’t know if they thought we were stealing or if we couldn’t afford to buy anything in the store but we felt humiliated. I will never be shopping here again with such terrible and racist staff. (FYI we’re native)"

"I bought jacket over 1 months ago from this store and when i get home i found out that it was damaged. I went there next week to replace it with another jacket, but they are didn’t replace it. And i had to use my warranty and repair my jacket. Now i am waiting 1 month and still nothing happened.Also they messed up with my mail. So i didnt get no reply . Now i don’t have my jacket and my money."

"Im giving this review because I had a very bad experience here, a sales associate was very rude to me and was glaring at me, he was blond haired. Please do stay away from him if you want to have a good experience here. Im not sure if he did that because Im of a different race - he was in a sour mood before i came in and when i was looking at a jacket he rudely told me to put it back."

"Just decent in terms of selection and customer service, nothing special. I got a puffer coat here and the experience was pretty standard. Not as attentive of service as other North Face locations. Better in some areas than others, very clean store. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here again though"
