"First time customer review, did my research on the salt floats before going, the website is super customer friendly was able to find all the information I needed to be ready for my first float experience. Booked my first appointment through Groupon to try before committing. Book me and my husband an appointment on a Saturday around 830p. They send the consult forms which is a plus but you will still need to get there 30mins prior to appointment for the tour. Parking was not a problem, there was no wait time, receptionist was very helpful she ask did you want shower shoes which we did. After she took us in a room to watch a short 5 min video about the floats, they have herbal tea and water. After that she took us in a room that had a float pod and explain the dos and donts which were very helpful and put our minds at ease. They provided towels, rags, ear plugs, soap, shampoo etc. It was quick and the experience was amazing we were in two separate rooms for about an 1hr session. I would recommend to everyone for pain or just relaxation. Almost forgot about the oxygen bar. It's oxygen so you don't really feel, smell or taste anything going into your nose they have different flavors you can try. First timer I had a great experience."

"Grabbed the awesome groupon deal and used it today. Such a pleasant experience. I'm very plus sized and i was afraid to do something like this. The owners are so kind and make it non threatening and simple to use. It's super clean and very pleasant. Floating itself will take me getting used to but I can already tell from one session how much it benefited me. I can't wait to go again"
