"Very unprofessional with poor customer service. Scheduling an appointment was a nightmare, had to call multiple times to get the stylist to commit to a time and date. Later when I arrived at the salon the stylist was nowhere to be found, in spite of my constant texting and calling. Waited 45 minutes before I left. There are plenty of African-American hair salons in Nashville that can handle natural hair and or relaxed hair with the same results and much better service and professionalism."
