Located on Liberty Pike in Franklin near The Factory, this salon takes care of its customers. I was greeted at the front desk by Zach who was friendly and kind. As a first time customer, he took me on a tour of the salon so I would know where various locations were. He offered me a choice of drink: water, coffee, peppermint tea, and a 2nd kind of tea. Kelsey is wonderful. She was so easy to talk with and is very knowledgeable. It was nice to have someone who knows how to not only cut/style curly hair but also a trainer on how to take care of curly hair. There is free parking available behind the salon."
