"I was a client up until last year until. Laserderm does not use an Alma brand laser as they have advertised. It's a generic, no name brand. That could potentially mean more treatments are necessary and/or unsatisfactory results. I contacted Alma's HQ twice, who confirmed that Laser Derm is not a registered Alma client. Alma was able to provide me with a list of registered Alma clients in the greater Nashville area. Take a look at the laser. If it doesn't say Alma on the machine, then it's not an Alma."

"This is in no way a “spa” as it is more of a mediocre salon. It smells funny, not fresh or herbal like a spa; the lights are basic overhead fluorescent boxes that are glaring in the treatment rooms, not mood enhancing like a spa; the music is too loud, a basic Spotify channel of weird 70’s tunes, interrupted by crass commercials every few minutes, not soothing spa sounds. Owner, please use some aroma therapy, enhance your lighting, and turn down the cheesy rock n roll. Unless you are indeed going for basic, industrial salon. I can’t recommend this place based on aesthetics alone."

"I've put off making myself and some ongoing health issues I've had for years a priority. I've been so anxious to finally take the first step. Visiting Laserderm MedSpa was finally taking that first step. It's huge for me. HUGE. That said, I sincerely cannot say enough about my experience for my first appointment from the moment I walked in the door. The smells, the smiles, the environment, and most of all the people. I so instantly connected with the whole team. They were SO welcoming, REAL, totally candid and comfortable, and easy to talk to with "no filters". I seriously feel like I instantly bonded with everyone I interacted with and after my treatment literally walked out saying aloud "These are my people!" I'm so honestly excited to go back, so grateful for the level of ease I felt for my first, and cannot say enough positively already about my first visit here :) It was such a warm, pleasant, sweet start to my day & healing process. "This place is truly amazing!! Too many great things. Let's start that owner Robert is super fun and charming. Second, the prices are very reasonable and monthly specials are just great. Now the best part the service quality -- the laser hair removal literally feels magical. Just after first session you can see actual results. And the tech Jennifer is super nice. Highly highly recommend this place!"
