"I was told by Grayson my BMW was a total loss. Due to it only being some cosmetic damage from a minor fender bender, I asked the insurance company to do their own estimate so Grayson could potentially fix it. The guy with Grayson Collision originally sent in the information requested after a couple times calling him but afterwards I had to reach out multiple times to get any answers. Today I followed up again because the insurance company had still not received the last request and he told me he had done more than he should to help me and will not be doing anything else. Terrible customer service. Basically told me I’m not worth his time. Do not recommend."

"Should be a zero star review. Just like others on here, I too had a left rear fender damaged on my X1 on Black Friday (Nov 26th). When I took it in, they warned me that parts would take four weeks. Seemed reasonable with supply chain problems and holidays coming up. I resigned myself to waiting until Jan for my car. The rental was a Jeep Compass that was a significantly lesser car. When I heard nothing from the shop in eight weeks, I went by to see the status. I was told that a new appraiser was assigned and ordered more parts. It would be another month. I’m now 18 weeks (4 months!!) out and still no word. DO. NOT. USE. THIS. BODY SHOP!!!!"
