"Very rude employee. I was told Myria. We brought in over 2 carts of nice clothes and some shoes and all items were rejected. Many pairs of shoes were brand new never had been worn. As well as many clothes and numerous bags and backpacks. Some stuff was probably realistic to reject but she rejected everything. Also her rude, belittling attitude and inpatient, annoyed tone were completely uncalled for. I've never been treated with such disdain as a customer in a store. Go literally anywhere else and save your time and energy."

"Rude, rude rude staff. When I was trying to sell my clothes, the elderly lady (she was probably 38) who is checking the clothes rejected (this isn't the part I am annoyed abt I am not broke I don't need the money... just being honest) all of my clothes (Levis, urban outfitters, Kate spade etc... all nice brands, no holes probably cost me $60 plus per item not bragging lol just bffr ing) and she nearly shouted in front of 5 other customers something along the lines of "this is all very cheap, out of style fast fashion so I won't be taking any of it" It was like she was trying to embarrass me. Last time I checked, Levi jeans and Kate spade aren't fast fashion. IDC she didn't buy my clothes... the way she said it was like she was trying to humiliate me. She probably gets a power trip off of it bc she has nothing else going on in her life. Idk how these people expect to stay in business like this. You'd think they could buy the winter clothes now for cheap and save them for later but maybe they're too broke to have a few storage units. IDK. I won't be coming back. I didn't see a single item I would buy so idk what they're being sooo picky about. Gwen. Out."

"Rude and disrespectful. I came for consignment and was shopping around the store to shop while I waited for the employees to sort my items. I was right by the cash register when I overheard them talking about the quality of my clothes to be “why does she keep coming back when her clothes are cheap?”. They gave me $5 for multiple items passed in mint condition. That was the last time I ever step foot in here. Go to Platoes if you want better prices and supreme and kind customer service."
