They guided me in finding the perfect boots and provided expert advice. My purchases have expanded to include Ariat shirts, a fleece jacket, Ariat jeans, two cowgirl hats, and three pairs of boots (two for me, one for my husband) – all reasonably priced. What truly sets this store apart is their customer service. They promptly repaired a damaged boot sole due to high heat and even cleaned one of my hats. The commitment to customer satisfaction here is outstanding. This store is a standout for its quality products, reasonable prices, and great customer service. "Went to store with a wheelchair could not even get inside the front door they have extra bars on doors that stick out and you can not open door far enough to get around them. Then there is a security thing you walk thru that is 1/4 way into the door so even if we got in the front door we may not of been able to get past it. VERY POOR SET UP. They seemed to care less if we came in. The employee didn't seem to speak English."
