"The selection at this store is better than most, especially in terms of department store/premium brands and beauty products. The problem is that it is almost never properly staffed at checkout. It’s currently 1/31/24 at 2:30 in the afternoon and the line to pay is 20+ minutes long. No running in on your lunch break because the line is snaked all the way back to the baby clothes. They have 7 registers but only 3 open despite the line. Incredibly frustrating. They’re losing sales as I’ve seen multiple people give up and abandon their carts."

"Visited this store on a Saturday with my mother who was visiting from out of town. The store seems clean and organized, but the checkout experience was a bit annoying. After waiting in quite a long line, my mom wanted to use her Marshalls credit card to check out but didn’t have it with her. She had the number pulled up on her app and the woman checking us out was trying to type it into the keypad but kept messing it up. My mom asked if she could type it in but the cashier said she had to do it. After another few failed attempts, my mom tried to nicely say “oh I think there is an extra number in there” but she wasn’t acknowledging my mom. Finally she typed the card number in right, but then typed the expiration date in wrong and it declined. According to my mom, it looked like she was struggling with her finger nails hitting other numbers. So eventually my mom just said she would use a different card so we could leave. She was disappointed in not getting the rewards from using her Marshall’s card but didn’t want to cause a scene. Didn’t seem like the cashier cared one way or the other."

"Good place. Good price. As a result a lot of people are shopping. Other than that this place is very accessible, since it's right next to the 78. What I like about this particular Marshall location is the organization of this store. Usually it's all over the place right but this one they maintain the place where everything is easy to find. I can tell that everyone is trying to keep the place neat and organized because a lot of employees are running around and making sure that everything is in place. If you don't like going through a lot of people or if you don't want to be a warrior going through all these busy places then yeah I suggest you look for a different Marshall location. But that would be tough because this location is close to everything even restaurants in case you and your family get hungry."
