"This place is nuts. It's huge, and packed floor to ceiling with everything you could want to run a commercial kitchen (everything except knives. I only found 2 that weren't broken). A lot of it is in great shape, but some stuff is still in the condition in which it was last used. The whole place is like a graveyard full of the broken dreams of failed restaurants. It's a must-see for any foodie."
