"I recently had my washing machine go out. I called Hartshorne to come to my home and service my washing machine. They came out, but sadly my washer was beyond repair so the repairman referred me to go to Hartshorn's to look into getting a new washing machine. My husband and I went to a Hartshorn's and was greeted by a lovely lady named Kathy. She showed us all of the options and worked with us until we found what we were looking for. We ended up getting both the washer and dryer and the pedestals to match. She showed us how to use it. She couldn't praise the set that we got any higher. She said she also owned the same set. She was so warm and welcoming and really knew her products. We asked her if our new washer and dryer could be delivered next day, and she said absolutely. She called her delivery person Sal, and he was available to do the delivery the following day. When Sal and his son arrived, they were nothing but professional from removing our old washer and dryer to installing the new washer and dryer. Both Sal and his son were so polite and accommodating. I could not recommend Hartshorn's anymore highly than I do today. They were awesome."

"After GE service failed us for 4 weeks, Hartshorn saved the day!! The technician should up in the time-frame quoted, solved the problem the GE technician swore he couldn't do or do by himself, and resolved the secondary pump replacement in less time then we spent trying to get GE to even schedule a visit. Without a doubt we will be calling Hartshorn again and we will be buying from them in future!"
