"Terrible Went in to buy new stove was told would be delivered last week and nope now there's a delay and it's another month away and could be postponed again. Now they are billing me for it even though I have not received it. Talked to customer service and they are absolutely rude Told me my only choices are to pay and wait for it or cancel my order. When I asked to speak to manager she didn't want to transfer me and pushed me to make a decision and said if I want to talk to a manager I could be on hold for 20 minutes. Never every buy appliances from them So we will be canceling our Oder and buy our stove with another company I didn't even want to give them a 1 star but it was only option"

"Went in to replace battery ordered the part through there seller encompass. Had an appointment and told me it would take 24 hours to replace the battery due to if they get iPhones those are priority and have to stop mine to work on those… unbelievable Took it to local Corona computer store and replaced it for half the cost and took 15 min."

"The people there were very nice, but they were completely incompetent. They were googling solutions that I had already tried and told me they could maybe fix my laptop in a couple weeks. I took it somewhere else and he fixed it in 2 hours. Geek Squad didn't charge me, but go somewhere else to fix your electronic device."

"I have a membership, so I called Geek Squad to schedule a home repair. I was told by automation that there was a 60 minute wait. Fine, I wait, and wait, and wait, and wait. It is now over 2 hours later, and I am still listening to their wait music as I write this review. I am still waiting. I am hanging up now. Very frustrated and very disappointed with Geek Squad!"

"Hello, I really wanted to recognize Agent Ramirez at Store # 847. I went to store #847 today with a problem with my laptop. I work primarily on my laptop for my business and as an adjunct professor for a local university. Agent Ramirez was so polite, professional and diligent. From the moment I went to the Geek Squad counter I felt relieved and comforted. Agent Ramirez took the time to explain all of your procedures and programs. After our talk I felt buying a new laptop would be the best solution for me. I also requested the files on my broken computer be transferred to my new computer. Agent Ramirez took the time to explain things and did so in such a way that I could understand and feel comfortable making a decision that would cost a lot of money. In the end, I know I made the right decision and I truly appreciate Agent Ramirez's commitment to his duties.
