"Jake who helped my son and I with what he needed for his Meta Quest 2 was awesome. He had great customer service and was super helpful. Over in Geek squad the man was a bit rude. The check out area was so bad. There was only 1 woman and she was dealing with a situation that caused the line to get long. There was about 8 other people in line not including myself and the guy in front of me. It was frustrating that the woman was calling multiple managers or staff to come help with the woman's situation but was not even bothered that the line was growing. I work in retail and as soon as our lines have 3 or more customers we are told to call for back up. Surprisingly I was shocked that Best Buy obviously does not do this. We were done and ready to checkout within 10 minutes of being in the store. Sadly we waited in line for another 20 minutes just to check out. Needless to say Best Buy needs to make some improvements."
