"UPDATED FROM 1-STAR TO 2-STARS: Finally found Armando in the store and was able to get my credit and exchange the sheets. No phone call after posting this review and months later still no phone call. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Salesman: Armando General Manager: Armando Let me start by saying that this is a one-star review not because they performed poorly in all areas, but rather because there was no follow up on small issues, making me think that all they care about is the sale. Everything was great until all was delivered. The quality was great and everything is still working great. So what’s the issue? ISSUE #1: I was charged about $80 for hauling away a washer & dryer, but they never took anything away. ISSUE #2: I called the manager Armando to credit it and he said he would, but never did; over two months have passed now. ISSUE #3: Armando said I could exchange for another color, an unopened boxed set of sheets I had purchased. I went to the store to exchange them and an employee said that since Armando wasn’t there, it wasn’t happening. ISSUE #4: Employee said Armando would call and he never did. Howard’s Appliance’s charges more than the competition. I knew that and didn’t mind because I prefer quality products and service. Unfortunately, I didn’t get what I wanted and should have went somewhere else. How many times until we get this fixed?"

"Our stove/oven was not working well anymore. It was super old and we needed to buy a new one. We went online and looked at what Howard's had available. We found several we liked. Each one said it was "out of stock". I used the chat and talked to someone. I told the person that all the ones I like say "out of stock." She told me to give her the model #. It turns out they had 2 in stock. So, don't hesitate to chat. We finished the rest of our order with this store. Bob is the person who handled all of our questions, concerns, and he explained the whole process and any fees. He communicated all the details and made sure everything went smoothly with our purchase. He was super kind, and takes his time to make sure every detail is covered. The next day Carlos and his partner delivered our stove, they were super nice and helpful. We actually had to have them come back to install the oven. Julio and his partner were very kind. They came and took the old oven out and put the new one in its place and they installed the oven and made sure everything worked like it should."

"Jim is the best ! Love him ! He was extremely patient! With my elderly mom he needs it. He drove him crazy . He was helpful ! I went to American freight and the refrigerator was more in price here but the warranty was less is price So over all we got a new machine ! Very happy we came in ? Thanks Jim ! Your the best"

"False advertising. The sale flyer showed that if you spend a certain amount, you will get a certain amount off. However, in very very small print it says "Applies to qualifying brands. See store for details." Right under this it says "SAMSUNG" but when asked I was told Samsung appliances are not under this promotion. The guy said he would "help me out" and give me "good deal" that was nowhere near the sale price advertised. I will not be buying any appliances here ever, even if I have to pay more somewhere else. This place is untrustworthy."
