"I booked online appointments for alignment and break check and replacement. When I went home I found out that they did battery check , engine air filter and Cain air filter and charged extra $100 for something I didn’t red or request. Send email to their customer care and waiting for refund. This is dishonesty and fraud! They don’t Gregor acknowledge customers."

"Poor customer service. I chose 4 tires online @ $109each. I get a call 2 days before my appointment and told the tires are sold out and only given one choice at double the price. The person that called me said they would look for a better option and call me back. My appointment came and went and no phone call. I took my business elswhere.... Sadly I have their credit card."

"They did a good job replacing my tires but when I needed an oil change, I called to make an appointment. They told me they would call me back. I never received a call. My niece also called them and got the same answer on the same day. It seemed unprofessional. They could've told us they didn't have time and we would've found another place instead of waiting all day for a call back. Wasted our day."
