"I have been shopping at this Transpack for a little more than five years. The service manager Kenny is very rude to customers. When I first started coming here, he was very nice and helpful. As time went on, and there were more customers in the store, he has begun to be very rude to his loyal customers. He isn't happy with customers calling with questions more than once, doesn't like to listen to any customer concerns, doesn't have any patience and he has terrible customer service and attitude. I do not recommend coming here and the thought of coming back here gives me anxiety."
