"John the store manager is absolutely rude, inconsiderate and should not be working in customer service. I waited at least 10 minutes while he stood there doing nothing then when he called me up, I asked him if he could help me locate a special tool that I needed to open my car key. Instead of at least trying to help, he threw a box of screw drivers to me and walked away and never returned. Disgusting service especially towards female customers. I will be calling corporate as he needs to be removed from customer service. John you should be ashamed of yourself! David on the other hand is absolutely fantastic, he saw what happened and offered to help me and was able to guide me to what I needed. David, bless you!"
