"Haven’t had any issues coming here for 4 years since I got my car, but my recent service left me in a bad mood. Apparently my wheel lock key was damaged and was removed from my car without my knowledge and was never made aware of it. Three weeks later I got a call saying a replacement had arrived but once I picked it up it was the wrong fitting. Now I have drive another couple of weeks without my key lock hoping I don’t need to use it."

"Had part in stock. All good except the cashier line. I’m here for $10 Dollar part and this cashier line is super slow I was there for almost 20 minutes!!!!!! Once I was at the counter. The transaction to 30 seconds. Hire a extra person or offset hours better. Or give a cashier to the parts department. This is not a efficient use of peoples time."
