I really appreciated the customer service, as Danny arrived he let me know he was outside I asked if he needed the keys or anything and his response “ was no mam’m your welcome to stay inside while i take care of this and can give you a call once I’m done, should be about 15mins” to hear this was a relief as I have a small child to attend to. sure enough Danny gave me a call as he was done made sure everything looked good to me and was on his way ! "Absolutely amazing service and I mean that in two ways: 1) The idea of Tires as a delivered Service is AMAZING! No more sitting in tire shops or leaving your car and bumming a ride back and forth. This is pure genius. 2) The service was outstanding. They made sure I got the tires I wanted, they were on time, they were extremely courteous. I really doubt I'll ever buy tires at a tire shop again after this experience. The tires were actually a few dollars less than TireRack, the installation was only a few dollars more than having a tire shop do the install at their facility. It's a WIN-WIN.
