"Home Depot Lakewood on Faculty Ave has horrible customer service. I was told to go to an aisle and wait on 2 different days, no one showed up. Today, January 26, 2024, I told a female supervisor in and black and white checkered shirt that I am taking my business to Lowe's. I told her, the customer serv9ce was lost Her response: oh, I'm sorry. OK, Have a nice day. She cared less OH, I'm sorry. Have a nice day. She did not ask me what I needed. No offer to help. I guess they don't need my 20 or 30 dollars.. so sad. It's not her store. No prude in their work. They also don't have enough staff on the floor."

"So for this visit I had a really weird experience. Was in the tool area, and an employee was walking in front of me with another customer. An older lady with a tree issue. They stop right in front. I did a chuckle. She noticed she was blocking my view and apologized. She was very kind. The employee said, and this was weird and not at all called for, "I walked in front and am not apologizing". I was caught off guard. Definitely didn't expect the rudeness. Not sure what he was trying to prove. If I was thinking faster, I may have called him on it. Usually, I have a good visit. Find what I need and get done. Maybe a reminder to some of the employees that an "excuse mw" goes a long way. Manners people."

"9am - Lakewood Home Depot - Big disappointment. My family has been waiting for the kids workshop for a month and when we arrived they turned my family down. My kids are heart broken. Order more items. Fix this. Do better. Update 1030am - Signal Hill Home Depot - so much better. Plenty of projects for families, much more room and a lot more organized, there’s canopies for everyone no long lines at entrance or getting paint because paint is a separate station then building, all the paint brushes and supplies is laid out, there’s a cleaning station with great hand wipes, there’s free flavored snow cones and raffles for free prizes and toys. Lakewood can learn something from Signal Hill by far way better. Update - 12/3/23 Just came to buy a Christmas tree and it was a very busy night. So unorganized. There was no specific sign to let you know where the line is so we had to re lineup. The line didn’t move cause every worker went on break or lunch. When you go inside there is no one at the cash register so there’s a gigantic line for self checkout. They had some workers at self checkout but that’s basically pointless. Fix this cause this was an unbelievable mess."

"Once again the Home Depot had some beautiful plants and flowers. I only have one issue and that is that none of the employees ask if there's something they can help with. I had to keep asking for assistance as to where I may find something. Wish they would take the time to stop if they see anyone looking lost, Lol. Their Halloween set up is amazing, although I am a big The Nightmare Before Christmas fan so."
