"Decent price on phone cases but the guy suggested I get a new screen protector and I agreed. It’s my fault for not asking the price but turned out to be $20 just for one screen protector and it didn’t include a protector for my camera. Total rip off."

"Possibly the worst customer service my wife and I have ever experienced. New screen goes black when wearing sun glasses! They replaced it once the same day, but not when it happened again just a few days later. No refund, no exchange. My wife was treated very disrespectfully by the staff. We filed a formal complaint with mall management (after they called security...ON US!) I Cell is a large blemish on the entire mall. This did not get resolved. I willnot even go back to the mall. Lesson: always check yelp before purchasing."

"If I can give this place a 0 star review I would. I took my new IPhone 11 to get it fixed because I cracked the screen, my phone worked perfectly fine and after they worked on it, my phone started glitching and my flashlight stopped working. I went to the store to tell them and they said “they can’t do anything about it.” That they will charge 80 dollars extra to fix it . I think they steal parts of our phones. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!"

"DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! Horrible customer service!!! Took my sons tablet because the charging port was not working, my son forced the charger in the port the wrong way therefor messing up the charging port. Mind you, the screen to the tablet was cracked already but the tablet worked great still with a broken screen. Our only problem was we couldn’t charge it. We took it to iCell and they said $65 to replace the port or $110 to fix the port and the screen. We just wanted the port fixed. An hour and half later we came back and the tablet was “fixed” and charging. We paid and left, on our way to the vehicle we attempted to slide the tablet screen to unlock it to use it and nothing!! So we went back into iCell and told them that our screen was not working. They got rude and said “We told you it’s your digitizer” (fancy term for the screen) , first of all don’t use terms we are not familiar with and second they never said that!! They only offered to fix the screen because we were already there. They never said that if we don’t fix the screen it won’t work, in that case we would have done both. The screen to the tablet has been broken for 5 plus months!!! And it has been working fine. This place messed our tablet even more. They only want your money!!"

"Had my daughter's phone screen repaired here and it started to come loose within a month. Called them and they said they couldn't do anything without a receipt. By the time we found the receipt it was just over a month and then they wouldn't honor it and repair it. Even though they said it was the screen that was defective they still wouldn't repair it. And by "they" I mean the owner himself. Now we're stuck with a broke screen and out the hundred bucks when including the screen protector. I would not recommend this place at all. Take your phone to Apple instead. I guess we had to learn the hard way."
