"Jvc worst company ever their products are terrible, i bought one of their products JVC HA NP35T earbud less than two months i experienced charging issue stopped charging I contacted the company and they refused to process warranty without bill of sale I told them I got it as gift but still they rejected my claim, i would not recommend this earbud device they are not good. Terrible customer service."

"Most horrible customer support hotline. Was given the runaround. "let me forward you to the correct guys". Two times. Into different never ending queues. Do I want a call back? Sure. Call back happened instantly. From a different department with a confused customer service representative who didn't even know why he called me. He then tried to forward me again. Back to another computer queue. (I've also never experienced a phone computer that's as rude as the Kenwood one. After confirming my call back number it just hung up. With no confirmation whatsoever.) Needless to say that I'm still trying to find someone at Kenwood who can answer a simple question that's not covered in the manual."

"Their radios are terrible and their customer service is even worse. I purchased a marine radio from them for my boat. This radio was installed in a sealed compartment on my boat and was never exposed to water. 6 months later is so corroded it won’t even turn on. I send it in for warranty, they say the main boards are corroded and it’s not covered under warranty. I call Kenwood and speak to customer service. I ask him the difference between a car radio and marine radio. He says they put a corrosion resistant coating on the electrical boards. So they coat the electrical boards with a corrosion resistant coating but they don’t warranty it for corrosion? He laughs and says he understands completely and he will escalate my claim. A couple days later a lovely woman by the name of Angel calls me. Leaves a voicemail telling me to call her back about my radio. Doesn’t leave a extension. I call the number back and it asks for an extension. If you don’t know it, it hangs up on you. I call customer service and they schedule me a phone appointment with lovely Ms. Angel the following day at 430. 445 rolls around the next day and no phone call. I call customer service and they transfer me to her. She begins to tell me that my radio was exposed to a high level of water and that’s the only way this could have happened. I explain to her about 100 times that it was not exposed to water and she proceeds to keep blaming the corrosion on me instead of admitting that her “corrosion resistant” coating didn’t do its job. The whole point of buying a marine radio is that it’s supposed to withstand conditions such as boating. They’re radios are junk and they don’t stand behind them. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever received. Bad enough to make me write this review, which I never do. DO NOT BUY A KENWOOD RADIO. THEY DONT LAST AND THEY WONT STAND BEHIND THEM."

"Very disappointed in my DNX994S! Bought it 2 years ago and noticed I have a lot of dust inside the touchscreen. This thing has been babied and is in a vehicle that I put less that 10k miles a year on that is garage kept. You can imagine the disappointment when I noticed on a sunny day that there was significant dust trails at 12 o'clock, and both bottom corners. I bought this because it was rated very well. I love the features but the display issues knocks kenwood down to one star for me. This should never be an issue in a $1,100 head unit."
