"I was publicly humiliated by staff and in turn by other customers waiting in a long line. I was questioning the coupons that are always emailed to me. Clerk was rude and hateful and didn't want to explain further why I h ad to pay 50. to joing their club to use coupons. Had to ask a manager to show me where it said that on coupons. It didn't. He found it somewhere else. Very misleading and I don't care to ever shop there again. Got in my car in tears from the humiliation and I'm 61, handicapped and can't help it I'm slow and two other clerks just standing there and couldn't open another line that was trailing through the aisles."

"I needed a hydraulic floor jack, so I called to ask if they had them in stock. The cashier that answered the phone kept saying they only had the bottle jacks, which isn't what I wanted. So I looked online (their website is amazingly simple and accurate kudos to their web team) and saw they had what I wanted at the store I wanted to go to. I arrived, and it didn't take me long to find what I was after. I took the ticket to the cashier and they said okay pull up front and we'll load it for you (wasn't expecting that... Great service). All in all, great experience. They only thing that kept me from giving a 5 was their lack of product knowledge, a less knowledgeable customer might find it difficult to navigate this store if they don't know exactly what they're looking for. Whereas at other places that are orange, their associates are very knowledgeable."
