When the kid was able to get my drive docked.. he needed my BitLocker Key to open it up to get the data.. BUT, he failed to even reach out to me on my e-mail, text or cell # for this purpose.. As a matter of fact, he completely ignored my text messages to him.. I had to drive to Goleta to get his attention and THEN find out that he needed something from me. Incredible ignorance."
