"Dropped our vacuum off and was told it would be a week and they would call me when it was ready. Called after a week and half and left a message for an update with no response. I called again at two weeks to get an update and was told that it needed an additional $110 of work above the $80 service already quoted. We determined not to proceed with the repair so I went to pick it up and they did not have it in the shop because “I was not responsive quickly enough to approve the quote.” I went back after they brought it back from “storage” and got more attitude from the staff and was told it was “up to me” to follow up not their responsibility to call me. Total waste of time with terrible follow through."

"I am unfortunately joining the many who have had a bad experience at Bob’s Vacuum with the 2 men who work there now. They took months to let me know what was going on with my vacuum. I called periodically and then they said they couldn’t find my vacuum and that it was in storage. They told me to call back. They eventually gave me back someone else’s vacuum; an older model with a completely different undercarriage incompatible with the accessory parts I had at home. So I returned it to them. I was very patient even when they accused me of lying about it not being the correct vacuum. I politely asked Gilbert if they could help me get a replacement vacuum maybe at wholesale price or a discount to make me whole. Gilbert was incapable of having a reasonable discussion about it, immediately got hostile and hung up on me. I know we have limited options in the area however beware if you expect good customer service here."

"Turned in our bissell robot vacuum/mop about 2 months ago. I had to call for updates. He hasn't apparently gotten the part and I have to do the leg work to check in about whether my device is in process. I'm hoping it's just supply chain issues, but the communication has been such an issue for me. Update: Just picked up my vacuum and the screws I brought in was missing. I was told that it didn't come with one when I purposefully brought it in and went the extra mile to make sure it went for the ride."

"Our Dyson stopped working properly and I took it into Bob's Vauums. The guy (Bob, I assume) was very helpful and showed me how there was a broken plastic part. The part is hard to get a hold of because the vacuums old but he showed me a work-around where we can just manually do what the part was doing. Didn't charge me a cent and now we will get some more life out of our old vacuum. I highly recommend Bob's Vacuums."

"I received a brand new vacuum attachment for our internal vacuum system. It was not working well so I took it in to get fixed. Brought it home and was worse than when I dropped it off. Took it back in and now they said better off to get a new one because it would cost too much to repair. I explained everything to the owner because I was frustrated and he was very rude and unhelpful and hung up on me. The new owners are not like the previous ones. I have gone there for years and will never go back."
