"I have been using Alan and Renee for, hmm..., maybe 20-25 years. Alan makes about one service call every two years it seems- Miele dishwasher, 25-year old Maytag washer/dryer. Renee and Alan are GREAT. I cannot say enough good things about them. I trust them completely, and their prices are completely fair. An update - my washer quit (again), but Alan had taught me what to look for last time this happened, and I fixed it easily myself (a sock had migrated under the washer and got tangled in the belt that drives the agitate/spin drum."
