"This place has the worst employees I have ever seen. The two female employees weren’t listening when ordering drinks. They were talking about about other costumers rudely in front of us. They messed up one of the drinks and had to remake it because they weren’t listening. Then when a report came in about a lost item they were extremely rude and disrespectful. One rolling her eyes and laughing at us/ not being helpful with the situation. The other saying “I already told them it wasn’t here”, instead of kindly saying that “we couldn’t find it”. Turns out they had footage all along that could’ve helped us. On top of that, the boba wasn’t worth the price. Don’t waste your money."

"The employees were SO beyond rude. Both females were working with AirPods in, talking rudely about previous customers, and messed up the order twice. Afterwards we had a situation in which one of our belongings were stolen. We called in to see if they had the item and the employees told us to come look for ourselves. By the time we got there it was gone, and the employees were mocking us, laughing at us, rolling their eyes, and lying to their manager about what they had said on the phone. Terrible service."

"Ended up going here cause Boba and Me across the street said they open at 11 and it was passed 11 and I was waiting outside. She came to the door finally and said they were closed and pointed at the sign. I responded no it says u open at 11. She said that she was the only one there and couldn't take my order. Was rude about it too. So I came to Boba Smoothies and there was only 1 worker and she was super nice and got my drink ready in no time. Just 1 person was there and was able to take my order and make my drink. Unlike Boba and Me. Pathetic excuse she gave. So I reccomend Boba Smoothie anytime over Boba and Me. Drink was very good! I will be coming back! Never had Boba and Me but their reviews are bad and def already had a bad experience before even going in the store! Again Boba smoothies is very good. I got the Taro with Boba and lychee. Delish!"

"Stopped by after visiting the Walmart next door since I was craving a drink, but after this I had to buy a bottle of water. Everything was just overly sweet and there wasn't asked an adjustable sugar level. I have a pretty sweet tooth, but even for me it was just too syrupy. If you're used to getting boba from well known boba chains you're probably going to be disappointed..."

"Pretty good place to get a smoothy, with our without the boba. The employees are always really nice. I usually ask which one is their favorite and they give me their suggestions and I try that flavor. Most of the smoothies are pretty sweet, so it takes me a while to get through them. But its a fun treat every now and then."
