"I don't understand how they ask what we want through the drive-thru speaker, and by the time you get to the window, it is not what was asked of them to make. On Wednesday the 11th around 8:07am I order my drink and a pastry warmed up please. I paid for my order and received my drink first and was waiting for my pastry. I'm thinking that they are warming it up, so now I waited a moment when I was given my pastry and drove away. I pulled out my cheese danish, not warmed up. Those lines in the morning take a while, and it is inconvenient to me to go back and let yall know that my order was wrong. Also it makes me uncomfortable calling them out specially because they are very busy so I would like for them to double check the order or get more people to work the morning shifts so they can have enough people to take their time with each order."
"I go to many Starbucks around the county and by far my favorite! My coffee is always delicious, and the staff is so AMAZING! They are kind, polite and very helpful! Each employee there is always so friendly and kind, they make me smile often!"
"I love coming to this location for two main reasons. One: they ALWAYS make my drink perfect. TWO: Taylor is an absolute gem. Her positive and uplifting personality always brightens my day. Her small talk is so natural and makes you feel like friends. I definitely recommend this location and I always look forward to the great experience I keep receiving."
"Went to the store at 8:30 p.m. at night dining room was closed at 8:00 p.m.. I cannot even go in to do what my pickup online order which was already ready had to wait in line and the line had over 10 cars. I waited about 25 minutes just to get two drinks that I already ready. Ridiculous not sure who's running the operations here but definitely not great customer service. Would not recommend"
