"This is usually my go to , they did not have change for a $100 so I was not able to get my coffee. In the moment I did not have another form of payment . Also this was midday , you guys should be able to Provide change . Not refuse service"
"This is the worse location in town. The mobile orders doesn't work, it always make you wait a lot. Every time I place an order and I come isn't ready or they gave me my orders on part's. Today after I asked for it some many times the guy gave actitud ,Because I saw them talking and laughing with his coworkers instead making the orders."
"We've come to this location many a times and today was worth a review. We ordered our drinks on the app and it was a warm day (for the beach). My wife accidentally ordered a hot drink. The barista went above and beyond to make it right. She took the hot drink and made my wife a cold beverage. Thank you! For our normal experience: This is a great Starbucks. It's right in a place where you want to shop. The staff has always been friendly. Can't wait to sit in here again and have a beverage."
"Although SB is having a rough go at it these days, I had a good experience at this store today. Order was correct and prepared in a timely manner. SBUX, you are going to have to strive to get your consistency back, and better understand the cultural impact of the SBUX effect in neighborhoods. I want to believe in you again...help a brother out!"
