"I tried to put an honest review on SpringFlex's website and was blocked from doing so. A message came up on their website that said that only customers who purchased the shoe's are able to leave a review. I am a customer who purchased the shoe's. In fact, I purchased 2 pairs of the shoe's but because I returned them they obviously try to block reviews that could be negative!!! So beware of the glowing reviews on their website!!! Read my review below: I really wanted to like these shoes because they do look nicer and less weird than ZCoil shoes but after wearing these for only part of a day my feet were aching and burning so bad that I couldn't wait to get them off. At first they seemed comfortable by all accounts and are nice and cushy, but there is NO true support for long periods of standing. The support that comes from a ZCoil shoe is FAR superior. I can wear a ZCoil shoe all day and if I'm standing alot and my feet start to get tired I can walk around or sit for a while and they recover quickly, I can even shift weight on to one foot and back to the other and that also makes a tremendous difference. The Springflex shoes made my feet hurt and my heels ache so bad that no matter how I shifted my weight there was no relief until I took the shoes off. I am not even kidding, my feet felt horrible!!! I would have been better off barefoot. The Z coil shoes may not look like a Ferrari on the outside but they drive like one and even though the Springflex shoes try to claim they are better, they are most definitely NOT!!! Unless you have spent a day wearing ZCoil shoes and then try these after, you won't understand the difference. Night and Day!!! Also, BEWARE of their customer service and exchange policy. Their website may say they offer free "No hassle" exchanges, but I made the mistake of trusting that policy and was flat out told NO to getting a refund for the shipping I paid to return the first pair of shoes that I exchanged for a different size! I had to email them several times trying to explain to them why I felt I should get a refund for the shipping and that it's not a free exchange if I have to pay to return the original shoes for the exchanged shoes. I really tried to be as patient and nice as possible but they refused to refund me for the shipping. I definitely would not call all of that no hassle! I don't trust companies that don't honor their policies!!! What else are they not telling us??? Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that after trying 2 different sizes of shoes I could feel the springs working in the left shoe on both of the sizes but NOT AT ALL in the right foot of both of the sizes. So I believe the right foot is very likely DEFECTIVE on ALL of their shoes! I described this problem to them and explained that I could not feel the springs depressing down and back up in the right shoe like I could in the left shoe. They acted like they knew nothing about this, but because the springs aren't visible and they already lie about their "FREE" exchange policy, how can we know they aren't lying about a defect in their product too! BUYER BEWARE!!!"
