"My experience at the Balenciaga store in Valley Fair Mall was disappointing. Although I was initially informed about a refund option, the manager, Duy Trinh, cleverly presented a credit-only return policy. Despite seeking clarification, he persistently insisted that I had been warned, accusing me of misunderstanding. This left me feeling misled and frustrated. I won't be returning to this store and suggest others reconsider as well. Checking department stores first may offer more reasonable prices for this overrated brand."
"I have been to the store several times and just went in over my birthday weekend. I really wanted the skater sweatpants but unfortunately they did not have them in store. Hally the consultant who helped me suggested the right size to order online and has helped me tremendously with any other questions I have had. I have asked her about several products for me and my brother and Hally has gone out of her way to help with several products that we purchased online and she answered any questions that we have had. Great experience here and talk to Hally if you want the best customer service!"
"I’d give 0 stars if possible. The staff were very rude and borderline racist. Went in looking for a specific item that I saw in a different store (from a different state). There were at least 6 people on the floor and no other customers, and yet the staff ignored me for quite a long time (were all just on their phones) until I finally approached them myself and asked. One of them rolled his eyes and said “it must have been an outlet item” (insinuating I couldn’t afford it?). When I told him where I saw it, he proceeded to dismiss my claim as if it wasn’t valid. Upset at the service, I left the store and went to a different store. They helped me find it in a location in Texas and ordered it in for me. Avoid this store. The staff are useless."
"Gavin helped me chose a pair of sneakers and gave me good insight to the comfort differences between models. I was shown various pieces with no pressure which was appreciated as you never know what might interest you. Was also offered sparkling water to my parents and I. Overall, a pleasant experience that falls in line with the stores I’ve visited in Europe. Thanks!"
"My experience here was good up until a year ago. They stopped wanting to help me with my shoes. I had purchased a pair of speed trainers after buying several. One of them with a white sole ended up yellowing almost with a bit of green hue. I sent them in for repair and I was informed like the first time they would repair it or swap them. Turns out that they deemed it as “normal” wear and the funny part is they were only worn twice for a short period of time. I don’t understand how they could tell me something like that when the souls weren’t even that worn. Horrible experience with the shoes and service. I wouldn’t recommend buying shoes from here because they’re cheaply made. Huge regrets wasting my money here. The manager was no help and basically informed me it is what it is."
