"Bought my son a pair of shoes around 2:30pm he didn’t get home until after 3:30 from school to try them on, the outcome was he couldn’t fit them, I returned them to the store and I was not happy with the comment Alex decided to joke about. As she is dumping the shoes out of the bag she goes “nothing is going to jump out and bite me is it?” Like wat type of remark is that and then say “just kidding” after she seen that it wasn’t too amusing to me. If u don’t have anything nice to say don’t say it at all. I guess I’m supposed to have bugs in my home or something but that wasn’t funny I found it very offensive."
"Online says they're open till 9pm, door says they're open till 9pm. All doors locked, no employees present at 8:05pm. Super annoyed"
"I purchased $109.23 in merchandise, and didn’t receive my discount, so a credit was issued, and was charged $89.00 after discount. This was on may 2nd, after one month I called The store about my credit and was told to call customer service. Many attempts and staying on hold for 45 minutes and longer, on June 22 I finally got through to customer service and on 6/28 I received a call stating that my credit would be issued. It’s July 5th and still haven’t received my Credit. So if you purchase something from this franchise make sure you like it, there business practices is horrible and they are using your money. Most places refund within 10 days. I won’t do business with them again…….."
"first of all my dad bought shoes here and the shoes he liked only had one pair in the box and the display shoe was not its match second of all the shoes were placed in different spots in the section and third of all the cashiers of coures scaned everyones items but they would just tal and talk to the customers after shopping and then they would say have a nice day don't get me wrong i like the store but they should try to do better"
