"I had the pleasure of meeting an ALDO SHOES Outlet employee, named Kason (hopefully heard his name correctly) , that exemplified a true leader- proactive, responsible, and dedicated to the people in Opry Mills Mall in Nashville, TN on 12/9/23. While Christmas shopping with my family, tornado warnings with severe threats occurred. Quickly, employees escorted shoppers into tunnels/back of stores. During this time, scared customers, mobs, and chaos quickly arose. It was Kason who remained calm, directed customers to the appropriate safe areas, provided great communication and directions, helped those that were panicking, and made sure the unfortunate situation was handled with professionalism, safety measures, and organized commitment to Aldo and the customers. Kason is a rare, outstanding leader and human. I will always call him an angel after this scary day. He and Aldo shoes will have my utmost respect and business from this day forward."

"I normally don't shop at these kinds of stores. I was in dire need of a new purse (nothing over rated or pricey). The girl, Danielle that works there looks like she doesn't even want to be there. She doesn't greet her customers, doesn't smile at all, doesn't offer to help, she walks around and disappears. I knew what I was looking for and I got what I needed without her help, and when I told her thank you, she only turned her head away and continued humming songs from the intercom radio like she was very stuck up and snobby. Why is this kind of person working at a place where she doesn't care for customers? She needs to be fired. I can see that I am not the only one complaining about the same girl, here."

"Terrible customer service, Be carful if you buy the display shoe, I bought one and went back to show them 5 days later that a small part is ripped (unused) and the same girl that sold me the shoe was super rude to me when i was trying to return it, I gave her the receipt and then she asked if i have the same card, I asked what does it end with because I obviously have many, And she won’t even look at the receipt that has the card number, She said i don’t know its your card! Then i took the receipt and looked, Thankfully i had the card, Then she proceeded the return and apparently she didn’t even need my card, She was just looking for a reason not to do the return! It’s funny because she was so nice when she sold me the shoe!"

"When I received my package it was completely destroyed. My box is totally unusuble. When I looked at my shoes the had scuff and bends in my shoe. I am very disappointed by this packaging. I have tried to reach out to start a return or get in contact and haven’t been able to. Aldo usually does better then this in-store. But ordering online and having it delivered is a big mistake."
