"The clerk that works there is horrible, and makes you feel uncomfortable. I went in there yesterday 10/15 at around 9:45pm (they close at 12am) with a group of 6 people. Whoever is in charge of managing that store could literally check the cameras and see that we weren’t causing a disturbance at all (in fact there was no one else in the store except for a man and the clerk). We weren’t there to fool around and waste anyone’s time. I myself had over $200 of things in my hands I wanted to buy. We checked out the sections in the store and stoped at the lingerie section because my friend wanted one of the skirts. She was checking them out and trying different sizes to see what would fit her better (this was at around 10:20pm). The clerk came up to us and said (with quite an attitude) that we needed to either check out our items or get out of the store because we were wasting her time. Mind you, not once we asked her for help with anything. Our only interaction with her (prior to this) was when she asked for our id (also with a terrible attitude, but we didn’t think much of it since we just though she was having a bad day). After that encounter when she basically told us to check out our items and leave the store as my friend was still deciding what skirt she wanted we decided to put our items back and leave. My friends and I are very understanding of how customer service drains you and how people have bad days. We have all worked in customer service so we understand. We weren’t asking for an overly nice attitude, we simply wanted to go there, buy things, and get out but we also didn’t expect her snarky attitude and rude comment to literally ruin our trip there. The store itself has a great selection but you will never see me walking in if I see her working that shift/day. The picture below is the clerk I’m talking about. I’m leaving this review because I don’t wish anyone to have such a degrading and ridiculous experience like we had."

"This store was awesome. I was running late one night, (I'm an Owl, lol) and I called in about 45 minutes before they closed and the gentleman told me to come on in. When I got there Wesley was the nicest sales person ever! So helpful and patient with me. I found everything I was looking for, and it was a VIP vibes experience. Thanks Wes, you're awesome! ❤️"
