"ZERO STARS... I will never spend another $ at this store again, one of the worst shopping experiences of my life. Salesman, Lamont Lester refused to help us find the mismatched pants of a suit that I was wanting to purchase. I asked him directly for help locating the correct pants, and was told it would take too long to search the racks, and that I should come back in a few days to see if they found the correct size pants that matched the suit jacket. When I asked him if I could leave my number to contact me when the pants were found, he said we don't do that, you will just need to come back to see if the pants were found. He basically refused to help us, he was unfriendly and very short with us, and then walked away to continue stocking shelves while helping others. He watched us search every size suit of that brand on every suit rack ourselves trying to find the matching pants. He never came back over to help us in our search. It took us approximately 25 minutes to search every rack for the mismatched pants, we were unsuccessful in finding the matching pants. The store refused to sell us the suit because the pants size didn't match the jacket size. The cashier took the suit from us, she told us it had to be returned to the manufacturer, and left us standing dazed and confused. We were stunned, no apology, no offer to help, nothing. This was my second bad experience in a row at this store, I chalked the first experience up as the staff was having a bad day, but to experience the same issues again on my second visit sealed the deal that I will never shop at this store again! The last two times I was in this store we were not treated the same as other customers who were the same ethnicity as the staff, it was very obvious and you could feel it. We had to ask for assistance, while others of the same ethnicity were being approached and spoken to by the staff. When we asked salesman Lamont Lester for assistance, he was very unfriendly and short with us, he basically refused to do his job. There are serious problems at this store, the management and staff at this store should be investigated. The management and staff have no customer service skills whatsoever. My money goes elsewhere, never again with this store, you lost me as a customer!"

"I was amazed at the women's section! Very trendy fashionable pieces!! I will definitely be back! My husband got 2 suits & i got several tops. Love the variety of selection and styles. Everything is very organized which is a plus! The clearance section was packed tight! Which is great! But a little hard to get around. The cashier was very friendly. I really enjoyed my shopping experience here."
