"I have no idea how such an unprofessional company got 4.9 rating on google! I took insurance for my two cars and apartment. First mistake they made, for renter insurance, they insured my previous apartment which I left 6 months ago, and then I suddenly found they canceled insurance for one of my cars, even without giving me any notice and I am riding an uninsured vehicle for last two months! When I called them they said it’s because of wrong VIN number! How’s that possible! I send them picture of the VIN from my title paper! Then they said they made corrections and now it is insured. But, when I got next month’s credit card report I found they didn’t do anything! That means, I was again on an uninsured vehicle for one more month! Then again I called the office and they replied- they don’t know what’s going on and they can’t say when will I get insurance for my car! If you don’t know, then why are you running this office? I have no idea about their ratings on google! If that really based on their performance, then why did they do this to me? Is it because of my skin color, or religion? ] Reply to your reply: 1) I didn’t buy insurance for my previous apartment. I had my insurance for the previous one. I went to your office to buy renters insurance for the new one when I was moving. No question arises about calling your office for changing address. 2) I sent VIN number multiple time and every time the same one- so, there is no question about sending wrong VIN. Secondly, I cancelled insurance after 2 months of waiting to resolve the issue."
