"Only good for basic maintenance like fluid changes. Anything that requires some mechanical/ engineering inclination should be taken to a different shop. You'll need to be very lucky to get Jeff on the phone. Had my Porsche Boxster "repaired" and after spending around $1,200, the problem still persists."

"They are reasonably priced but I have to check their work. Bought a car from Jeff and have serviced it with him for years. The shop phone always redirects to Jeff’s cell which he picks up 5% of the time. When Jeff picks up he does get things done but they have lied to me about things they say they have done but I check and its done improperly or not at all. All in all if you need a simple job done they can get it done but if you have a list of things more often than not something gets forgotten, and sometimes they tell you they did it and didn't or you get the car back and realize that one of the things you asked them to fix was completely forgotten about. They charge around $170 an hour and will often help you source parts at cost. Not bad labor cost, not bad parts cost, at the expense of inconsistency picking up the phone and following direction."

"Jeff and his staff are fair in their pricing and are friendly and courteous always. I have been going to Jeff for oil changes and major and minor issues for 8 years and I always had wonderful service."

"I have many years going to Jeff's and will continue to go there. A trustworthy shop that does good work, often times while I wait. Today was a simple oil change, other days much more involved. I've even purchased 2 vehicles from Jeff. Highly recommend."

"Such a great Mechanic, Always diagnoses for free, then tells you the prices and options before he does anything. He's very trustworthy and fair, he'll even show you the removed broken part if you like. I've been to him more times than I'd like, but always feel like he's taking care of me."
